General information only

The calculators and content on WattlyCalc are provided for general information and educational purposes. They produce estimates based on the numbers you enter and on common assumptions. They are not professional, financial, engineering, or legal advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.

Estimates, not exact bills

Real energy use and cost depend on many factors a simple tool cannot capture in full, including your exact tariff and time of use rates, the age and settings of an appliance, the weather, how a vehicle is driven, charger and equipment efficiency, taxes, and fees. Your actual bill may differ from any figure shown here. For an exact rate, use the price per kilowatt hour printed on your own electricity bill.

No guarantee of accuracy

We work to keep formulas correct and default values current, and we show the formula and a worked example on each tool so you can check the math. Even so, we make no warranty that any result is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. Default prices, such as the electricity rate and gas price, change over time and are starting points you should adjust.

Make important decisions with a professional

Before a significant purchase or commitment, such as buying a vehicle, installing solar, or changing how you heat your home, confirm the numbers with the relevant supplier, installer, or a qualified professional who can assess your specific case.
